1. Unscrew the crown counterclockwise until it releases.
2. Pull the crown to the first position to adjust the date.
3. Pull to the second position to adjust the time.
4. Rotate the crown clockwise/counterclockwise to set.
5. Push the crown back in and screw it down tightly to ensure water resistance.
